I've always stood by the fact that unmolested communism is the perfect form of government. Where it goes awry, is man's greed and thirst for power.
No slamming for that, because what we call communism is really socialism. True commune-ism is the ideal...From each according to his abilities, to each according to his need . The trouble is not with "traditional" greed, I see the problem is a form of greed that says..."I don't have to do anything for my own support, so I'll just suckle at the teat of society". If Steven Hawking can contribute...anyone can.
I would rather suffer the consequences of a Conservative?s error, than suffer the consequences of a Socialist's intent.
