Lot's to do for it. There is also the [now] well known turbi swap. Kevin_C once reported 20+ at 70MPH with is and a V6 tranny with the lock-up TC. Don't delude yourself though that that number is easily attainable with the turbo. Kevin has literally countless hours over countless years now of turbo 2.6 exprience.

Having said that, I hadn't wrenched save for the basics to keep on the road when I was in HS, and managed to do one myself. Mine still needs tuning and tweaking, which I have trouble finsing time for. My last tank was pushing 17MPG and that is turning 33s.
