mine seems to vibrate a little bit at idle, I turned the idle up like 50RPM and its alot smoother now, low idle gets really shaky. I would replace the motor mounts as that can also have it shake.

its probably turbo lag that makes it gutless right off the start, mine has pretty bad lag aswell. I can't tell you where to get glow plugs, I would just try some parts stores if not the mitsubishi dealer can get them, probably a pretty penny though.
