The rear spare tire cairier has significant braceing for the spare. Thats why we bought our EX, The dealer could not put a cairier on a non EX model. Roof racks eat gas so maby a custom rear bumper with tire rack is in order.

I agree with Dennis. Make a rear bumper that mimics the stocker but build in a spare tire carrier like most Jeeps have.

You can get the parts almost any where.
