well it turned out to be easier than i thought.
pinion bearings is the only ones i changed, i had a friend with experience come and check my work, the only thing i needed was a little more preload on pinion.
.007 is what the back lash was when i put everything back together, which felt like .030 to me on the ring gear but the dial don't lie.
