Getting the Wheeling Fever

I guess I need to clarify hunts.
It goes into cruise allright and stays in cruise ok but the speed tends to go up and down every couple seconds... it seems to have to much sensitivity.You can watch the gas pedal moving in and out. not all the way but about 1 to 2 inches.
hope this sheds some light on it.
