that will get you about 5 inches of lift without the lift blocks, you can do the same to the rear
then you probably wanna throw some big tires on it, after which you will probably need some gears to turn them
then the short drivetrain will want a cv type driveshaft
then axle wrap issues
then the amc 20 with the weak axle tubes and two piece driveshafts will probably complain
the front will probably be ok up to 33-34 inch tires
but yes it can be done....
