This should be where your spidey sense is going crazy. Not that he's wrong, but ALWAYS know that it WILL be harder than you thing it will be.

Know that these ARE NOT the same truck! They look the same and handle like a brick (notice I didn't say drive the same), but as far as electrics and drive train are concerned, ARE NOT the same. Noting the differences will take some time if you do it right. If you don't do it right, getting it back together WILL take ALOT more of your time.

I'm not trying to discourage you, just want you to REALLY think about what you're getting into.

Have you thought about swapping the good V6 motor into the good 4 door truck? Much easier prospect, but that's just my opinion.
