Need a Spot

I have a 2000 Sportage 2dr convertible 4WD manual trans.
It has an ECM marked "K08B" with an orange label. Kia part number is OK08B 18881.

I've looked all over for used ones, and all i seem to find are K07A with a yellow label.

Can i use this in my vehicle? Does anyone know what the differneces between the 2 are?
I'm not paying $750.00 to the Stealer for a new one ....
