Bad Master.

Replace the slave too or a new Master will kill it very soon.

Slaves leak where you can see it.

Masters leak inside the cab and usually under the carpet where you cant.

Air and/or other contaminates is causing the weirdness.

If I may offer a little driving instruction...Stop shadowing and riding the cluth pedal unless you're a rally driver.
