In South Africa, the chassis of the Rodeo's are based on Isuzu TF140 chassis, just shortened a bit. This range of pick-ups are know for their soft chassis. We especially have a problem on our double cab models. With them, the chassis bent downwards just before the rear axle mounts.

There are some that are of the opinion that this happens as a result of the way the loadbin is mounted to the chassis (location points of the chassis mountings)and the distribution of the weight over the rear axle.

Off course the weight distribution is much more favourable with the Rodeo than with the Pick-Up.
