Threadjack!

I'm an IT guy for a small team that makes software for IBM. Our customers usually don't whine about price, but then again, when they're clients like the Air Force and big banks, dropping a few hundred K on a license for ONE piece of software is something they do regularly and without batting an eye. The funny thing is that it's usually the non-technical upper management that decides to buy stuff like this, not the guys in the trenches that actually know if it'll work or not... lol. So many companies I've worked for have made many 100k dollar mistakes because of that.
