hi all,

im about to pop the pulleys off, and get into this thing-following the instructions on roger's page..

the crank is turned to zero, but the notches on the cam gear are at 6 o' clock and not 12.

obviously this is how it ran before for 212K, is everything fine? should i put the new cam gear on with the dimples at 6 again?
