I've never seen electrically adjustable springs on any vehicle, but many US Gen II Monteros had electrically-adjustable shocks, which is what I'm assuming you're asking about. Mine were worn out when I bought my 95 SR with 130K miles. From what I've read here, they tend to have about the same life expectancy as regular shocks, which will vary depending on how hard they are used.

My JDM 1991 Pajero has the adjustable shocks and they still work perfectly. Probably original, but I have no way of knowing if they were replaced by previous owners.

Yes, you probably have adjustable shocks. I bought a 93SR, I replaced the shocks with regular shocks at around 150k miles.

I just want to tell you both good luck, and we're all counting on you.

I'm sorry, I ment shocks. Thanks for this answers. I'd like to know, if one of the shocks will be distroyed, how can I understand it? I think the light bulb that indicates S, M, or H, will not turn light.

Hello and greetings to the capital city of Sakartvelo

When you flip the switch between S-M-H, can you hear the shocks 'adjust'? There should be a short sound between each setting.
