Dont ever assume that since they sell it, its legal to install or use, especially if its a chain store. Wally World is the worst for that in the hunting dept. They only sell what they can order and unless the dept. manager is knowledgable, theres no telling what kind of trouble you can get in. The example that sticks in my mind is scopes on a black powder weapon. Alot of states dont allow any modern sights. They may sell a 100 grain arrow head and the state might have a 125 grain minimum.
