Old Blue passed inspection with flying colors; a tribute to the oversized catalytic converter. She's officially a low emissions vehicle.

I completed the sale by transferring the title and registration at DMV.

I was listening to a news program that said if you sell your car, be sure to get a legal bill of sale to protect yourself if any tickets or insurance issues come up as selling your vehicle doesn't mean you can't be sued if you don't have this bill of sale.

I found the website they mentioned: http://www.dmv.org/bill-of-sale.php
While it drives a lot of adds for auto insurance, it did provide me with the Arizona DOT Bill Of Sale for private vehicle form.

If anyone has any experience/knowledge, from the website it appears this is just a form that's required until the vehicle is properly retitled/registered. A confirmation (or horror story) would be nice.

Thanks.
