The red choke wire, as well as the black and white idle cut solenoid wires all plug into the green connector you're holding in the 4th pic. See the carb faq for the diagram for that plug.

The small green connector goes straight up into the bottom of the intake.

The white rectangular connector I *think* goes to the connector in the 3rd to last pic, or if not that one then one near it.

If I were you I would find another carb'd yota in person and find where everything goes exactly.
