The MT-90 is probably better for the t-case since it has a synchro for 2wd-4wd. I actually don't remember which I used. Not that big a deal, but shifting from 2wd-4wd on the fly would probably work better w/ the MT-90 because of the additives for the synchros.

I usually change all the fluids every 30k. Including the brake/clutch fluid, since it absorbs moisture that will corrode the piston bores and cause leaks.
