How big do You really wanna go is a good question = This is what I started with = Brand new 02 two door.
[img][image]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v336/rockfreek/Rokia/Copy_of_STOCK1.jpg[/img][/image]
Within 2 months this is how what became = sitting on 31" boggers with a 1 3/8" body lift & a custom 4" suspension lift.
[img][image]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v336/rockfreek/Rokia/MVC-030S.jpg[/img][/image]
After 17 k miles this is what I did = 35's with air lockers and a complete 86 of all the stock suspension.

Her it is sitting on the swampers
[img][image]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v336/rockfreek/Misc%20Pics/DSC01272.jpg[/img][/image]

The reason I am putting this out there = is to the question of how far do You want to go, if your goal is to end up with a extreme off road machine, dont do like I did & spend alot of time & $$$.$$ building & building just to torch it all off and build it big. I thought I would be happy with the 1st customization, what I am saying is look at the final of what You want the rig to do, then plan your build.

The Rokia build has transformed into all but a Krawler due to lower T-Case gears are not available & we cannot get enough interest / for somebody to build lower gears for us. They wanna build 1'000 pieces so they can profit. Personally I know of about 6 of us that are willing to spend whatever it cost's in cash to achieve that. If we could find somebody to build even a 4:1 T-Case gear this would bring the older Sportages into allmost equil to the Samurias.

So back to the how big do You wanna build it, is the best question

Too bad too. Few of the old skool dudes have left over the years. Rob's Rokia is my fav. but then I'm biased towards the 2 door <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Sorry guy's = I try to keep in touch & help out or give suggestions when I can = The biggest deal is work & when I get home I usually don't sit in front of this crazy machine.

After 9-12 hours there I dont even like computers anymore.

Will try and keep up more often.

Most of the posts are Kia tech related, in stock form & with only 17k on the Rig I havent done any of the common fixes = just way over modified it.
