The ground actually goes to a spade terminal that is grounded through the bulbs housing. I tested them with an ohm meter and they are open. It just seems wierd that they both went out at the same time. They worked every time I tried them for about three weeks. I had them grounded at the same place the factory head lites were grounded. I'm just trying to figure out what took them out before I buy new ones and have the same problem. I thought halogen bulbs were suppose to be pretty durable. I will run a separate ground right to the battery. I used # 12 wire and had a 25 amp fuse. 130/12 = 10.8 amps each. 12 gauge wire is good for 20 amps. Just looking for idea's before I burn out a new set of bulbs. Thanks Gordie
