Hate to be the one to say it, but the way you've spaced the spare carrier out looks pretty worthless--it's lost all of it's support. Try getting a donor carrier and weld both of them together.

Anywho, didn't get to the brakes the other night. Been busy, lot's on my mind. My dad's been real sick with cancer, passed away last nite. Real peaceful, my mom said. Back on topic, going to finish the rears and do the GenII front brake swap this afternoon. While I'm there, I'll put the Bilstein's on the front and swap to the Superwinch hub's. Haven't done an Auto to Manual hub swap before. Any helpful tidbits, besides what's in the destructions? Pics will follow after I'm done.
