Sounds like you found a very revered vehicle. I would do just about anything to restore an 1985 4x4 Pup with a C223T turbo diesel in it. Still I think the previous poster is right, the Isuzu Pup didn't come from the factory with the turbo, that'd be a C223 normally aspirated engine.
