Need a Spot

I have a 93' YJ the wipers work, the mister works, the sprays work, but the wipers donot return to the park or home position. I have a new switch, disconnected the old one and did a swap before I disassembled the entire column. The new switch functions the same as the old switch, no park position. Anyone got some ideas as to the issue?????
