Techs like, teachers, doctors, truckers, union workers, non union workers...everyone does a job that somewhere along the like you or me pay them for a hard days work.

If being poor gives you the "right" to tamper with federal pollution equipment and create a polluting rig because you can't afford proper repairs....take the bus, walk.
