yeh mate it has turned out well........i have since started on makin the pipes for each exhaust runner...yes it is a header style turbo manifold....each pipe will be a different length to help with spoolin the turbo up....it is better to have all the pipes the same length but i want boost to come on low in the rev range so i have decided to make the manifold "interference type"...one good thing is that i can now loose the air flow meter as i am goin a "stand alone computer"....which is controlled by a map sensor and not airflow........injectors need to be changed as the originals are airbleed style and they can only flow a maximum of 130cc of fuel at 100%duty cycle....need at least 400 to cope with the turbo.......due to the compression in the engine it is highly advisable you run an intercooler.....have a few ideas in that area but i will post up the ideas when i come to it ....the hardest part at the moment is gettin the exhaust manifold right.......when i finish the pipes the face of the flange plate that bolts to the head will need to be milled flat as it will distort from the heat ........hey a small thing i noticed.......did you know that there is a oil port on the left hand side of the head at the front.....yeehah....dont have to worry about tappin into a oil gallery hey........
