replacing the timing belt tensioner is no different than the procedure for replacing the belt. the haynes manuals and such outline this process and its basically the same as on most vehicles. not really that hard or tricky, but still a pita because of all that you have to remove to get there. count on this taking most of the day even for someone that knows whats going on.
