What year 22RE? ANd check engine light codes stored?

If an earlier 22RE, check the EGR valve and modulator, those may be hooked up incorrectly. EGR modulator gets vacuum once the engine warms up enough to open the BVSV (Bimetal Switching Valve) below the throttle body.

It's from an 86...check engine has flashed TPS and O2 sensor...I checked both and they're ok. pretty sure the EGR is correct, but I'll double check it.

This one sure has me stumped. I should just build another engine with all the donor parts for god's sake.

Any other thoughts...even brain storming thoughts are welcome.
