The axle will bolt right in. The brake stuff (e-brake and brake lines) is on opposite sides, but that can be fixed.

And yes, on a 1st gen, you'd have to redrill the driveshaft flange.

The Tacoma axle is also about 5" wider but the perch width is the same.
