Getting the Wheeling Fever

I don't have any experience with these TB motors. Mine just doesn't seem to idle very well. It also stumbles when restarting. It has new wires, plugs, rotor button and cap. Cleaned the IAC. The TPS doesn't appear to be adjustable. I used a meter and adjusted the idle screw to get the right voltage. When you cut the a/c on the computer doesn't seem to compensate for it. Just pulls the motor down more. I've also noticed sometimes when restarting it will puff a little smoke from the exhaust like it was a little flooded. Anybody have any suggestions for getting this thing a little smoother running?
