BJ, again the intent was and it is spelled out in my webpage in "Part I, para, 1), 2) and NOTE.

I said it was the intent to use the OEM air box, but for Part I was going to use the tube and cone filter I already had.

The tube/cone is an extremely common filter setup for short wheelbase Jeep and in posting on my website I took that into consideration, thus "a couple ways to do this".

So I have no intentions of removing Part I as there are far too many young lions out there that run a similar setup.
