HAVE NOT OPENED THE RAD OPENING UP ,AS THESE WERE ON PICKUPS AND THEY FIT PRETTY GOOD, I DID THREE OF THEM AT ONE TIME FOR A ROCK QUARRY DSL. BUT ON THE TROOPER IF YOU CAN GET A A THICKER RAD , THERE IS QUITE A BIT OF ROOM , TAKE A LOOK AT THE FLANGE WHERE THE RADIATOR MOUNTS , NOW ON EACH SIDE OF THE CORE SUPPORT, IF YOU WILL DRAW A LINE STRAIGHT UP FROM THE INSIDE EDGE OF THE OPENING ALL THE WAY UP AND OVER THE TOP OF THE CORE SUPPORT, THEN GO ALL THE WAY ACROSS JUST BEHIND THE HOOD LATCH OPENING , NOW YOU CAN DROP A MUCH LARGER RADIATOR INTO THE SAME SPOT , BY MOVING AND ADDING 4 SMALL SPACERS TO THAT AREA WHERE THE BOLTS GO THRU THAT HOLD THE STOCK RAD IN PLACE, YOU CAN GET A 3 ROW RAD IN THERE EASY, AND IT IS MOVED FORWARD QUITE A BIT AND STILL WILL NOT HIT THE CONDENSER, I SET UP ONE LIKE THIS USING THE DSL TURBO RAD WITH A 4.3 ENG AND IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS MADE THAT WAY FROM THE FACTORY ,AS THE RAD WAS MOUNTED ON THE STOCK PANEL A ND THE STOCK SHROUD FIT PERFECT,, ALL SO THE STOCK RODEO RAD EVEN THOUGH IT IS ONLY ONE CORE WIDE THE WATER FLUE IN IT IS A VERY WIDE FLUE ABOUT 1 1/2 IN AT LEAST , BUT I IS JUST ONE, THAT SEEMS TO BE THE WAY A LOT OF NEW DESIGN RAD,S ARE BEING BUILT INSTEAD OF THE MULTIPLE ROWS , WHAT I HAVE GATHERED IS THEY SEEM TO RADIATE MORE THAN THE MULTI ROW,S JERRY
