One quick thing - make sure that you disconnect the hoses from the heater core before you start. It is pretty easy to break a nipple off the heater core if you don't and replacing the heater core is not something that you want to do.

Body Damage is Cool

I did a suspension lift and a body lift and I am only running 33". If you are going up to 35" you will definately have to do some trimming with just the body lift , and it will still be a tight squeeze.
Sounds like you got a deal on the BFG though as when I was looking for tires , the BFG 33" were almost 400 a tire , plus the rims on top of that.I ended up going with savero M/T , same tread design , and it cost me 1200 with taxes for 4 new tires and rims , mounted and balanced , plus an extra rim and tire for spare.
1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.2 with mods.Hughes Air gap intake , 52MM TB , ford injectors, 2 3/4" lift, Doug Thorley headers , HID headlights with LED , HID fog lights , glow gauges , a few others

I was just thinking about the clutch linkage, do you have to adjust it at all after a body lift?

Your clutch is hydraulic. You might have to re-position a line, but that would be all.
