Getting the Wheeling Fever

Got a chance to buy some brand new 35" X 12.5" tires on some wicked 15" rims. I wanted to lift my trooper this winter but now I want to know how much it will have to be lifted to fit these boots? Right now it's stock 1991 Trooper. Guy wants $800 for 5 of these tires, brand new BFG Mud. So if you guys could help me out with this as I would have to pick them up tonight, he is wanting $1100 for them but said if I come tonight he'll let me take all 5 for $800.
