Since I've done the lift been running around without the swaybar. Should I bother putting it back on or not? Opinions?

honestly my truck handles just fine without. it actually handles better now with the lift and bigger tires than it did before the lift.
could also be due to the larger offset and wider tires giving me a much wider foot print.

PUT THE Anti-sway bar back on!
It obviously is there for a reason and safety!
That is my take on the matter.

Thanks guys! Thinks I'll wait till I gots the new tires & wheels on to see how she handles before I come to this conclusion. Been thinkin' that since it's such a pain to disconnect the swaybar for wheeling would just leave it off as long as there is'nt too much body roll driving around town . Don't seem to be too bad right now since the new Monroe struts & shocks keep things fairly stable .

Oddly enough, mine handles better without the swaybar with the lift......and gained a couple inches of articulation. Ive been without for over a year and havnt had any problems, but I'm sure there is some insurance rule that I'm breaking by not having it.( Swaybar? What sway bar? I bought it used. They didnt tell me it had a swaybar! )

some people like it on, some like it off. with IFS, it's not such a big deal as there is only so much travel up front anyway and you'd have to be driving stupid fast around corners with it off to lift a tire or roll the truck. i never ran my sway-bar after the 4" lift because it was noisy and barely reached. if you want it to reach, it's best to extend the drop links. taking corners in mine with the 4" lift and no sway-bar did make it lean quite a bit, but it wasn't anything i was fearful of. evasive manuevers on the highway, however, were a bit scary. use your judgement, if you're comfortable without, go without, if not, run it. it's only a couple nuts to remove before you hit the trail anyway.

evasive maneuvers on the highway, however, were a bit scary. I guess it doesnt bother me because i am used to dealing with moron drivers all day and making those types of moves in my 1 tonne cube van! so the little kia, feels like its on rails! although it is nothing like my car that i can take corners at 120km/h in! no body roll when you are an inch off the ground!
