I had a hooker super competition header in the flat bed truck but it failed from heat fatigue and blew out one of the tubes. I replaced it with a montero cast iron manifold and gutted the precat with a long screwdriver <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" /> I noticed no seat of the pants difference in the header and the hillbilly engineered manifold when connected to a 2.25" exhaust and turbo muffler. I have a fully functioning high flow Catalyst under the floor pan. just my 0.02.
