All it takes is a basic set of metric wrenches/sockets. I believe 14mm, 17mm, 19mm, and 24mm will cover it... maybe a 10 or 12 for the e-brake cable bracket bolt. Start spraying everything with PB Blaster now and repeat daily until you do the project. If you can turn a bolt, you can replace leaf springs.

The fuel pump is pretty basic as well. Unbolt skid plate, unbolt tank supported by floor jack, lower a bit and then disconnect hoses/electrical connections, lower the rest of the way, unbolt pump, replace, repeat above steps in reverse order.
