If I was using my tires for 99% town and hiway driving I sure wouldn't get such an aggressive tread design.
Both of those tires are bragging on mud and trail.. I think I would use more of a street tread both for sound and milage..
You will like your ride a lot more for that 99% with a street or MILD all terrain tread.
