I avoid those people at all costs.
I purchaed a New bass guitar a couple of years ago. It was hard to find, and they dont make them anymore. Anyway, it was shipped to me UPS. When the guy delievered it, my wife was slow in getting to the door. When she opened it, he was already walking away. Thing is, he was DRAGGING the box across the pavement and down our steps, CLUNK CLUNK CLUNK. There were pieces of guitar on the ground. I called them, and they said to bring it down to their office so they could investigate. Their conclusion? "Improperly packaged." They took ZERO responsiblity for their guy dragging it across the ground and down my steps. I try to never do business with them. They are thieves.
