If you have spark then the crank position sensor is OK.

You stated that the timing belt is intact. But are you sure it didn't jump a few cogs? I would verify static timing of the belt.

Check the spark plugs. Are they dry or wet with fuel? If dry, then most likely you aren't getting an injector pulse. If wet with fuel the engine might be severely flooded.
