Almost. A party I was at was drug busted but the lady I was with was so well connected that after all the party goers were carted down to the station I was quickly pulled out of the line to be processed. I noticed she never made it to the station. I hung around in a small room with a table for a few hours and was questioned a couple of times. Eventually I was dropped off at her place. Later I heard at one point in the negotiations they wanted to try me as a hustler. At the time I found that insulting, but now see how it could have looked like that. I looked about 20ish with well sculpted muscles that took on high definition any time I used them. All I cared about at the time was that I was out of there so I didn't ask any questions. I was really 16, living on my own in NYC and didn't want to get swept up in the juvenile system. Even though I was sober by the time they got around to testing me and hadn't had any drugs it wouldn't have helped. The would have soon figured out I was still in HS when I failed to show up for class or my roommate started to look for me.

3 times. Overnighter and released in the morning on 2 occasions. The third was a bit stickier. Got some probation and a decent fine. If ya want more details, I'll be telling the whole story at the Waffle House in Clayton, GA on the 2nd of December at 9am

That's when probation is over?

I did an overnight once for drunk and disorderly, back in college. I wasn't drunk, OR disorderly.

Yeah, all the other guys in the paddy wagon (sp?) said the same thing. Thing was, I WASN'T. It was both finals week, and two days before nationals. I was with the team, and we weren't drinking...not a drop. We were walking down the sidewalk, and a cop had a kid up against the truck, slamming his body repeatedly against the truck. I said "ooooooo, look at the tough guy". Didn't see the other cop standing right in front of me. He started screaming "I'll show you a tough guy", and threw my ass up against the truck. Took my license, and tossed me in the truck. My friends were all trying to tell them I hadn't been drinking, but they wouldn't listen, and threatened to arrest them all if they didn't go away. I was never given ANY type of test, or anything. Was booked and stuck in a cell. My girlfriend came in the morning and bonded me out, and we went to court. Told my story to the judge, and he gave me the bond $ back, plus 50 bucks for "time served". Out of the 20+ guys who were in court that morning for being drunk, I was the ONLY one who didn't plead no contest. Judge took me into his chambers and let me tell my story. Turns out he knew my coach, so also agreed to have the arrest exponged (sp?) in two years...said something about he couldn't do anything about the arrest record at the time. I've never even checked to see if it WAS removed from my record. I was given TS and above clearances in the Army though.

Nah, it was over when I finished paying the fine. About 10 years ago

The 2nd is when some of the NE GA guys are getting together to ride some trails and do some hiking
