Can anyone tell me if the parts for the gas trooper and the td trooper are the same except for the engine. I was hoping I could use the transmission, but I would like to use whatever else I could, air conditioner, suspension, radiator etc
Also,I was wondering if i found a Gas trooper in great shape (of the same year model, 1986)and wanted to put my TD in the gas trooper frame what besides the engine would i need to switch out the gas engine with a turbo diesel. I figure it would probably have a different computer, or the firewall might be a little different,but I am not sure.
