yea I don;t know how some of these guys manage to have so much extra cash, there is always a few guys who just make big bucks and can afford to basically do a sky is the limit style build.

I am driving a 95 kia sportage with 180,000 miles on it, I am NOT one of those big bucks guys!! But I also plan to use my truck on road more than off road , since it is my daily driver. so its nice to stick under $500 into a complete lift setup and get 4" (or pretty close). Including this lift and my recent tires purchase and some front end work I am up to $1200, or $2100 including buying the vehicle (paid $900 for it).

I like it for gas mileage, I could have bought a locked and lifted 1980 bronco for $1300 (front and rear locked, lunchbox style) but at 13 MPG on a good day, and $3.30 a gallon I think I will pass!

If I had a daily driver but wanted a trail rig, the bronco would have been a great buy.

the jeep looks nice by the way, I'm sure if you wheel with any of these guys from the forum you will still see a sportage, nobody will believe you that you pushed a sportage with a tow strap JK

Thats an old saying the club had, that you were pushing the vehicle ahead of you with the tow strap, I guess it made things less tense if we could make a joke of the situation ! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/butwiggle.gif" alt="" />
