Not with 37" tires, or 35's either with the stock 30 front and 35 rear axles. And If you are going to go 35's or bigger, you would be better off replacing those axles with Dana 44's than upgrading the shafts, ring and pinion, etc. You should try and find a wrecked rubicon with the axles still in tact.
