Need a Spot
i was just wondering if it is posible to run a 33-12.5 on a 15x8 rim with the 1.5 ball joint spacer? i have 32-11.5 on stock now with minimal rubbing thanks

I ran 33x12.5s on the 15x7 alloys on my 88 p/u with no lift and no rubbing once i took the sway bar out and still had room when flexing, although i think the 3rd gen trucks have a little less room.
My 2 cents.


88' Xtra cab, 22RE, 5 spd, alumi flat deck, 3" BL, 35" muds...awaiting SAS.

A 33x10.50 should fit no problem on the stock rims, 33x12.50 might squeeze in there given a narrow wheel or close to stock backspacing:

Likely will have to do a fair bit of trimming and/or add a small body lift if they rub.
