I sorta did a couple years ago, as mentioned, sometimes this stuff isn't in black-n-white.

Granted, this was on base, en route to work, guy slid off the road. I wade out w/tow strap. He sez, "If anything gets damaged, you're paying for it." I stopped right where I was and said, "Hell NO SIR". Saluted, and went straight back to my rig.
