Getting the Wheeling Fever

Anyone have any tricks to getting this stuff off? I mean the chrome strips along the doors, I took the stuff off around the wheel wells, it was just clipped on. I think this stuff must be glued on?

1991 Trooper, 3.4L, holley tbi, 3" body lift on 33" bfg AT's, indy HD lift shackles, G80, MUA 5, Power windows and locks. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3133352
