Body Damage is Cool
YES ALL V6,S FROM 98 AND LATER ARE ALL DOHC. BLOCK IS THE SAME DESIGN AS THE OLDER ENGS , AND A LOT OF THE PARTS ARE INTERCHANGABLE ON THE 3.2 ENGS BUT NOT THE 3.5 , THE BLOCKS ARE NOT INTERCHANGABLE WITH THE OLDER ENGS AS FAR AS INTERNAL ENG PARTS AS THE DECK SURFACE IS DIFF WITH THE OIL AND COOLANT HOLES , AND THE HEADS ARE NOT SWAPPABLE, ALLTHOUGH THEY LOOK VERY CLOSE , THEY ARE MUCH THINNER IN DESIGN THAN THE OLDER ENGS , BUT THEY ARE THE SAME BASIC DESIGN. THE 3.2,S ARE THE SAME BORE AND STROKE AS THE OLDER ENG AND THE CRANKS ARE INTERCHANGABLE , BUT NOT THE RODS OR PISTONS , BLOCK HEIGHT HEIGHT IS DIFF, PISTONS ARE SHORTER MUCH LIKE THE 3,5,S JERRY

This is an Isuzu tech video for valve adjustment on the 3.2L and 3.5L. It's not the greatest quality, but good enough.

Wow, where did you get these videos? That must be Jerry with the white beard in one of them. Didn't know he was an Aussie, Ha!

Andrew.
