Just wondering how your trucks are doing in this cold snap. Personally, I'm very impressed with just the block heater. The difference is huge! Phil told me it worked well, but I didn't expect this. Started up at -20C this morning with a smoother idle than at 0C. (You guys should have heard the Ford SuperDuty next door. Stalled 3 times and sounded like a 50 gallon drum full of hammers.)

Nevertheless, I'm picking up my pan heater this afternoon. Bring on the cold.

Also reporting that these Motomaster M/Ts are fine so far, very grippy even on ice (at low speeds). Combined with the heavy weight, low horsepower and 4x4, this is turning out to be great winter vehicle!
