My 87 raider is in the shop with a 5th gear problem, a really bad growl/rattle. Other 4 gears and reverse are normal. It is out waiting to be opened up to see whats the problem.
Hows internal parts availability for the KM-145 5spd? The shops primary parts supplier is being "iffy" about parts. Are most of the parts available from either Chrysler or Mitsubishi?
Guess after 350K miles and 20 years I should be retiring it from daily service.......

Any thoughts,opinions or info would be greatly appreciated
