What type of wheeling do you plan on doing? I noticed that you are wanting to put in a 350 as well. You will definitely want some gears with those 33's. Why the 3" body lift? You should only need a 1" body lift to fit those 33's pretty well. A 3" BL sounds a little top heavy to me.

My opinion would be to get a Rubicon Express 4.5" lift with a 1" BL.

With that lift though you will need a slip yoke eliminator kit if you are going to be doing any wheeling.
